    Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action to recover the amount owed plus associated fees.

    Even if your SMS plan is prepaid or campaign-based, once messages are sent, the service is considered delivered.

    7. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our SMS service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
